01Booking confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed once we send written confirmation and the corresponding payment has been settled. Until then, the dates and prices shown are subject to availability.

Booking Policy
The conditions below apply to all bookings made directly with us for the Pure Fonte Velha B&B, Pure Flor de Esteva and Pure Apartamentos properties, in Vila do Bispo.

02Payment
All prices shown include VAT at the legal rate in force.
A deposit corresponding to the full amount of the booking is required at the time it is made. Without this payment, the booking is not guaranteed.
03Cancellation
Cancellation is free of charge up to 7 days before the arrival date, with a full refund of the amount paid.
Cancellations notified after that period result in the full amount of the booking being charged.
We ask that any changes or cancellations be communicated in writing to reservas@pureaccommodations.com.
04No-show and early departure
In the event of a no-show, the full amount of the booking is charged.
Early departure, for any reason, does not entitle guests to a refund for unused nights, and the full reserved stay is likewise charged in full.
05Date changes
Requests to change dates are reviewed case by case and depend on availability. Whenever possible, we try to find an alternative solution before applying the cancellation rules.
06Tourist tax
The municipality of Vila do Bispo does not charge a tourist tax. There is therefore no additional amount to pay on this account at check-in.
07Groups
Bookings of more than 5 rooms or the entire apartment property are treated as group bookings, with a bespoke quote and specific payment and cancellation conditions, communicated in writing before confirmation.
08Arrival and departure
Check-in from 15:00 to 22:00, with self check-in available 24 hours a day. Check-out by 11:00. Late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional cost.
