The entity responsible for processing your personal data is Pure Accommodations, based in Vila do Bispo, Algarve, Portugal, which operates the properties Pure Fonte Velha B&B (RNAL no. 95152/AL), Pure Flor de Esteva (RNAL no. 533/AL) and Pure Apartamentos (RNAL no. 110520/AL and no. 110519/AL).

We only collect the data necessary to respond to your requests and provide the accommodation service: first and last name; contact details (email and phone); booking details (desired property, arrival and departure dates, number of guests, special requests); and the content of the messages you send us.

When a stay is confirmed, we also collect the identification data legally required for guest registration with the competent authorities, as well as billing data.

The site may also collect technical browsing data via cookies, as described in the Cookie Policy.

We use your data to: respond to information and quote requests (legitimate interest and pre-contractual steps); manage the booking, check-in and stay (performance of the contract); comply with legal obligations, namely tax and foreign guest reporting obligations (legal obligation); and, where applicable, send informational communications with your consent.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

Your data is not sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. It may only be shared with service providers essential to our operation (for example, booking platforms, payment processing and accounting) and with public authorities when required by law.

Information requests that do not result in a booking are kept for up to 12 months. Data from confirmed bookings and billing documents are kept for the applicable legal periods, generally 10 years. Data processed on the basis of consent is kept until you withdraw it.

As a data subject, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection, as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

To exercise any of these rights, write to reservas@pureaccommodations.com. We respond within a maximum of 30 days. If you consider that your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD).

We adopt appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorised access or improper disclosure, including restricted access to information by our team.

This policy may be updated whenever necessary. The version in force is always the one published on this page, indicating the date of the last update.
